Geenah Crag is very easy to find. From either north or south leave the M6 motorway at junction 40 (Penrith) and join the A66, heading west towards Keswick. After seven miles (eleven kilometres) take the right turn signposted 'Hutton Roof'. Turn almost immediately left into an unmarked road (which is the old A66). After 400 metres turn right and follow the farm track for 800 metres to its end and you will arrive at Greenah Crag and Crag Barn Cottage.

Note: access is along a shared lane with the adjacent dairy farm.
