Across the courtyard from Greenah Crag Bed and Breakfast is Cragside Cottage, a self catering accommodation, created by the sympathetic conversion of a former barn.

Sleeping accommodation (Up to 6 persons) is all on the ground floor, and comprises; two double-bedded rooms and one twin-bedded room. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and toilet.

Open roof beams and part exposed stonework add character to the spacious (Approx 11m x 5m) living room and kitchen area on the first floor. This room offers fine views towards the southwest. There is also a second toilet and shower room on this floor.

Outside is a south facing paved patio area, which can be used by guests.

Equipment within the cottage includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (with freezing compartment), dishwasher, automatic washing machine and 32" Colour TV with Freeview. The cottage has full oil-fired central heating and fitted carpets throughout.

Situated in the north of the Lake District National Park and just eight miles from the M6 motorway at Penrith, Cragside Cottage is an ideal location for exploring not only the North Lakes, but also the beautiful Eden Valley, Border Country, Hadrian's Wall, and the North Pennines. The historic city of Carlisle is just half an hour's ride away, Keswick, the 'capital' of the Northern Lakes ten miles away and Ullswater only five.

Cragside Cottage is available 52 weeks a year, usually for weekly bookings, Saturday to Saturday. During low season, short breaks maybe available. Please contact Cragside Cottage for further details.
